!st Time Henna user April 8, 2013 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Lake in the Hills, IL United States   I had a salon apply the henna to my hair and it turned out great.  Most of the heavy grey was covered and it gave my hair much needed body.  Thank you.  I recommend not doing this process at home if you are at all tentative - I feel going under the dryer at the salon made a big difference in setting the color in my hair. Great Product February 6, 2013 Reviewer: Connie Hammond from Fort Madison, IA United States   I had a bad reaction to the PPD in darker shades of chemical haircolor.  I tried the henna brown color and was amazed.  No scratching and burning during processing and no adverse affects later.  The only drawback, it is really messy to apply.  I have long hair and it gets all over my bathroom.  But, the color is great and no reactions!  Also, I wrap a towel around my head over top of the plastic cap to keep the warmth on my hair.  That seems to work great. Lustrous Henna December 25, 2012 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Tarentum, PA United States   This product is fantastic!!!!  It is worth the wait, I kept on two hours for the first time.  My hair after finished is so soft and shiny.  My husband also said it looked fuller and it does.  I will use this product again. Nice Product December 18, 2012 Reviewer: MT from bradenton, FL United States   The Pros - Natural=Gentle on the scalp. I have colored with other so called gentle coloring with disaterous results. I will now only use Saba Botanical as I had no adverse reaction at all. Also natural brown coloring. The Cons - No real cons to this product so far, just as it states if you are very grey you will have to color a couple times. Im grey on the sides and it kind of turned it blondish which I dont mind, it blends nicley. If you go to the gym the day after you will be able to smell the herbs,but its worth it for a product thats not damaging to your body. Thanks Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent Results With Henna Brown December 7, 2012 Reviewer: Beth K from Maryland   After my first time allergy to hair dye I thought I was through with any coloring. Found Lustrous Henna Brown a safe product to help blend in the grays.  Skin test showed no reaction and the color is great.  I also exercise alot and found no running of color (as other wise read as a problem)  Many compliments from friends!  Thank you. Love this product September 26, 2012 Reviewer: Jessica shepherd from fairfax, CA United States   I was initially afraid of switching from chemical dye to henna, because I was worried it would make my greys carrot orange... but after trying Saba's products, I'm hooked. While the greys are a slightly lighter shade than my non greys, it is a nice natural tone. Whereas hair dye covers over the highlights you have in your natural hair color, light-reflective henna reveals the beautiful highlights you already possess. The most important reason to henna: for your health, and that of the planet. Hair dye adds an unnecessary toxic load to your body. I arrived at henna because I had a case of poison oak that would not go away. Under the orders of a naturopath I looked to all culprits. The black dye I was using in my hair was high in PPD -- a bad chemical. Google it and you will read horror stories. LSS, I will never chemcial dye again.
