use it for hair June 21, 2014 Reviewer: RANNA R. from PA United States   I use this to add in the Red Lustrous Henna to enhance the copper tones. Otherwise it's a bit too purple for me. It is fresh, finely ground and sifted. A little goes a long way! Was this review helpful to you?

Henna pure - Body Art Quality - 100 grams May 7, 2013 Reviewer: Belinda Gardner from clermont, FL United States   I am a 60 year old young Floridian who has been using henna off and on since the late 70s.  This henna is by far one of the best I've used, and I've tried many! I did my henna 2 nights ago, using the two-step process, and I couldn't be more delighted with my hair!  It's gorgeous!  I will be ordering more of this henna from you!  Can't wait to see how long it lasts on my hair! Excellent Henna. November 5, 2012 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Springfield, MA United States   This henna is very finely sifted (no twigs!). I followed instructions from the LustrousHenna.com blog on how to bake henna for quicker dye release. I then applied this henna (mixed with a capful of apple cider vinegar) made into a paste. Sat under a dryer for an hour. After rinsing henna out, I followed this with indigo paste (mixed with a tsp. of sea salt) to dye my gray hair to jet black. Under the dryer for another hour. I achieved excellent results and my hair was not dry, but very soft (a result I usually don't get with other henna that I have purchased in the past). I will definitely order again. Great September 4, 2012 Reviewer: Jessica Barum from Akron, OH United States   I have nothing to compare to so I'll rate this highest. Price is good. Henna is VERY finely sifted. I've heard of other hennas having twigs/sticks/etc... Thing had NONE of that. It also did add red to my hair. (which I've heard other brands not working at all) So far, so good.
